Course refunds & support

For one time academy digital course purchases, request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing Sunnynite1@gmail.com. Include your order number, course title, and the email used at checkout. Please do not send payment card details or private legal documents.

This window lets you try the course. Refunds may be declined where a substantial portion of the course has already been viewed or downloaded, or where there is repeated refund abuse. Merely opening a lesson does not automatically disqualify a request. Duplicate charges and unresolved access problems will be reviewed individually. These conditions do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Course access ends after a refund, and refunded materials may no longer be used or shared. This policy applies to academy digital courses, not physical products or separately booked services.

Academy course terms

These terms apply to academy digital courses sold through Sunny Nite Designs. Review the course description and price before purchasing; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Keep your account details accurate and your login private.

Course recordings and handouts are for the purchasing student’s personal learning and spiritual practice. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share access to these materials without permission. You retain ownership of your own original reflections and petitions.

Courses provide spiritual education, not professional legal services, a professional license, or an academic degree. Cameo Nicole is not a lawyer. Spiritual petitions are not court filings and do not change legal rights, obligations, deadlines, or court orders. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters. Participation creates no attorney and client relationship, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Participate respectfully. Do not harass others or post confidential documents or other people’s private information. Keep sensitive exercises in your private notebook. An internet connection and a browser capable of playing audio and video are required.

Student Terms of Use and Personal Learning License

Effective September 20, 2026. These terms cover Illuminated Spirit Academy course and program materials supplied through SunnyNite Designs.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the materials included in your enrollment while your authorized access is active. You may use them for your own learning and spiritual practice. You may download or print resources only where the academy expressly provides that option, and only for your personal use. Enrollment does not transfer ownership or grant teaching, resale, sublicensing, or commercial distribution rights.

Except as permitted by applicable law or prior written permission, do not reproduce, scan, record, copy, adapt for redistribution, resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, or upload the lessons, recordings, assessments, workbooks, diagrams, or other protected materials. Do not share protected files or access links, use them to build or sell another course, or remove copyright or attribution notices. Personal notes and permitted personal copies are allowed.

Your student account is for you alone. Do not share login credentials, allow others to study through your account, transfer your enrollment, or bypass enrollment and access controls. Report suspected account misuse to Sunnynite1@gmail.com. Access may be suspended or ended for unauthorized sharing or other material misuse, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you believe an access restriction is an error.

You retain rights in your own original journal entries, reflections, and assignments. These terms do not claim ownership of your personal experiences, general ideas, spiritual traditions, public domain material, or third party content. Third party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Nothing here limits fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law.

The Illuminated Path membership terms

Membership costs $222 at signup and each month, or $2,264 at signup and each year, until canceled. Yearly membership saves $400 compared with twelve monthly payments. Membership includes the growing SELF, LINEAGE, PURPOSE, and SERVICE curriculum and one 30 minute individual session each week, arranged directly with Cameo Nicole. Separately sold courses are not included.

Initial payment refunds

You may request a refund of your first monthly or yearly membership payment within 72 hours of that payment. Email Sunnynite1@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not send passwords or payment card details. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing times vary. An approved membership refund ends membership access and stops future membership billing.

Renewals and cancellation

Renewal payments are generally nonrefundable. Duplicate charges and unresolved access problems will be reviewed individually, and refunds required by applicable law remain available. Cancel before your next scheduled payment through your Membership Account to stop future billing. Cancellation alone does not refund a payment. Access continues through the paid period unless a refund ends it earlier.

When access ends, your account and saved course progress remain available for a later return. An active membership is required to reopen protected lessons. These membership refund terms are separate from the 7 day refund policy for standalone academy digital courses. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or applicable payment provider dispute rights.
